Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to comply with these terms, which ensure a professional and transparent relationship between our clients and team.

1. General Information 1.1 Pure RadianceRX (referred to as "I", "we," "us," or "our") operates as a beauty salon and medspa clinic located at 2678 149th St W STE 2 Suite 11 Rosemount, MN. 1.2 By booking an appointment or purchasing services/products from Pure RadianceRX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointments 2.1 Appointments can be made in person, over the phone, or online through our website or designated booking platform. 2.2 Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth check-in process. 2.3 Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, at our discretion, to avoid inconveniencing other clients. 2.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or displays inappropriate behavior. 2.5 All appointments made are subject to a 20%-25% deposit fee per treatment booked which will go towards the treatment. All consults are the only appointments that have a flat rate of $25-$100 and if a treatment or package is purchased the consult price goes towards the treatment/package, if nothing is purchased the appointment is full price, but will receive a credit towards that treatment/package if something is purchased in x amount of time.
3. Payment 3.1 Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash(only exact cash, I do not keep cash on hand), credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. 3.2 Prices for our services, treatments, products, packages, memberships, and programs are subject to change without prior notice. 3.3 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. 3.4 $25 consultations are fully refundable only if you show up for the appointment, or cancel/reschedule in the appropriate time.
4. Cancellations, Late Appointments and No-Show Policy 4.1 We require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur no fee. 4.2 Rescheduling your appointment must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, package session, or membership session. 4.3 No-shows may be subject to a charge of 50% of the total services booked. If charged this fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. 4.4 You can only reschedule once without needing to pay a new deposit. 4.5 You will be charged a $25 reschedule fee if you choose to keep your package/membership treatments when rescheduling. 4.6 If you are more than 10 minutes late you are automatically marked as a no-show. My booking times do not allow for more than my service time and clean up. Please reach out if you know you are running late because you might need to reschedule. 4.7 Keep in mind if you are late more than once you will be charged a $25 late fee.
5. Gift Cards and Vouchers 5.1 Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.2 Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are valid for the amount indicated. 5.3 Expired gift cards and vouchers will not be honored.
6. Personal Belongings 6.1 Pure RadianceRX is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

7. Health and Safety 7.1 Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment. This information is critical to ensuring your safety and well-being. 7.2 We maintain strict hygiene standards and follow all applicable health regulations to ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff. 7.3 Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all services.
8. Liability 8.1 Pure RadianceRX will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries that may occur during or after your service if all necessary information was not disclosed by the client. 8.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate treatments if we feel it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

9. Privacy 9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or while receiving services will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing you with the best possible service. 9.2 We may contact you with promotional offers or updates unless you opt out of such communications.
10. Product Sales 10.1 Please ensure that you are satisfied with the product before committing to a full-size purchase. We recommend trying our sample-size packets or travel-size bottles to ensure the product meets your expectations. 10.2 Product sales are FINAL.

11. Packages Sales 11.1 If you purchase a package and have any unused treatments remaining, they can be converted into ClubRX Bucks, which can be redeemed on products, services, or other packages. Alternatively, you may retain your unused treatments, as maintenance is needed and packages never expire. 11.2 Package sales are FINAL.

12. Membership Sales 12.1 Membership Start and Renewal: Your membership begins on the day you sign up and will automatically renew on the same day each following month. Membership fees will be charged to the payment method you provide at the time of sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. 12.2 Membership Fees and Payment: The membership fee is charged monthly and is non-refundable. If a payment fails, you will have a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue. During this grace period, your account will be restricted, and you will not be eligible to receive any services, treatments, or product discounts until payment is made. After the 3-day grace period, if payment is not received, your account will be frozen until the outstanding balance is paid in full. 12.3 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, provided you give a 30-day written notice. Cancellations must be submitted via email or through our customer portal. There are no long-term commitments, and no early cancellation fees will be applied as long as the 30-day notice is provided. Once a membership is canceled, any unused credits or treatments will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. 12.4 Credits and Treatments: Memberships may include credits and/or treatments as specified in your chosen membership tier. You may use these credits/treatments during the current month or bank them for future use. Banked credits and treatments will roll over to the following month but must be used within 12 months or they will expire. Credits and treatments cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards. Credits and treatments are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person or account. 12.5 Membership Restrictions: Memberships, discounts, and credits are only valid for the account holder. Any attempt to use the membership or credits for another individual or purpose (such as gift cards) will result in account suspension. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or offers unless specifically stated otherwise. 12.6 Suspension for Misuse or Inappropriate Behavior: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any membership immediately if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior during interactions with our staff or while using our services. Suspended memberships will forfeit any accumulated credits or benefits if misuse or inappropriate behavior is found to be in violation of these terms. 12.7 Membership Upgrades and Downgrades: Members have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time. Any requested tier changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Any accumulated credits or treatments from the current tier will roll over to the new tier. You can request a membership upgrade or downgrade through our customer portal or by contacting our support team. 12.8 Freezing or Suspension of Membership: Your account will be frozen/restricted if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date. During this time, you will not be able to use any membership benefits, including discounts, treatments, or credits. Once payment is resolved, access to your membership benefits will be restored. If your account remains unpaid for 30 days, your membership may be automatically canceled, and any accumulated credits or treatments will be forfeited. 12.9 Service and Product Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any services, treatments, packages, programs, or products offered as part of the membership program. We will notify members of any significant changes to services or products. Any changes will take effect in the following billing cycle. Continued use of the membership after such changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modifications. 12.10 All Sales Final: All sales, including membership fees, credits, treatments, and services, are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused services, treatments, or credits. 12.11 Changes to Membership Terms: We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and will take effect on the next billing cycle. Continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 12.12 Liability: We are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in providing services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or equipment malfunctions. In the event of extended disruptions to service, we will make every reasonable effort to notify members and offer alternative solutions.
13. Service/Treatment Sales 13.1 No refunds will be provided for services. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us so we can address and resolve the situation promptly.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions 14.1 Pure RadianceRX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. 14.2 Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, package session, or membership session. You will be charged a $25 reschedule fee if you choose to keep your package/membership treatments.

Late Appointments: If you are more than 10 minutes late you are automatically marked as a no-show. My booking times do not allow for more than my service time and clean up. Please reach out if you know you are running late because you might need to reschedule. Keep in mind if you are late more than once you will be charged a $25 late fee.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment may be charged up to 50% of the total services booked. If charged this fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
